We are urgently in need of a MEDTECH GRADUATE as Product Specialist for Medical Equipment & Device that willing to be assign in Quezon City Office who shares the same goals and passion in providing high-quality healthcare products and services in developing health status and quality life.
REQUIREMENTS
- Graduate of BS Medtech
- Fresh Graduate are encouraged to apply or with at least 6 months to 1 year of equivalent and/or clinical/laboratory experience
- PRC License is an advantage but not required
- Knowledge of sales strategies, planning, implementation, and monitoring.
- Computer literacy including sound knowledge of the MS Office suite of software.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability and willingness to travel
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Market share objectives, and focused strategy including market segment focus and product positioning; identify KPIs.
- Sales objectives with detail to analyze plan vs. actual; sales funnels monitoring
- Specific sales product, by region or by market segment, by channels, by manager responsibilities, and other elements
- Budget targets with details to analyze plan-vs.-actual analysis
- Specific sales tactics, programs, management responsibilities, promotion, and other elements
- Conduct quarterly review and implementation of the market plan
- Conducts product training to external (end-users) and internal (sales personnel)
- Conducts “Revalida” or Product Presentations/Demonstrations to accredit internal speakers from Sales Department
- Establishes effective and harmonious relationship with principals always with the interest of the company in mind
- Responds completely and accurately to official communications (email, phone); observe policy on addressing of specific concerns such as pricing, regulatory

Requirements:
– Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources / Psychology / Behavioral Science, or equivalent
– With at least 2-3 years of equivalent experience specifically in planning and conducting L&D modules

Duties and Responsibilities:

The Bidding Assistant is responsible for the preparation and compilation of bidding documents to support technical, eligibility, and financial requirements per bidding.
REQUIREMENTS
1. Graduate of any four (4) year course
2. Resident in Ortigas or Mandaluyong (or any near areas)
3. Preferably with 6 months to 1 year of work experience as a Bidding Assistant
4. Fresh graduates will be evaluated by the management accordingly
5. Willing to be trained in V. LUNA, Quezon City for 1 month before the deployment to Ortigas, Pasig.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
· Provides full-time support for the Sales Team on the bidding requirements.
· Assembles the bid docs and performs all clerical duties including but not limited to photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filling.
· Prepares CTC and notarized copies of required documents.
· Marks pages, and prepares tabings, stamps, and folders according to bid specs.
· Requests and procures all supplies related to the bid docs.
· Mails documents to assigned provincial areas.
· Receives and consolidates all documents from outside Bidding Department such as official Bid docs, tech docs, bid bulletin from Sales Dept, CPR/COE from Regulatory, approved BPRF, Customer PO from Customer Care, SI and OR from Finance.
· Updates and prints all on-going and completed contracts with attachments.
· Attends in the pre-bid and post qualifications and submits reports to the Bidding Manager.
· Performs other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.
