Convective Warmer

Quiet. Simple. Safe.

Our convective warming system consists of a high-flow convective warmer with hose-end temperature control, a convective warming blanket, and accessories.

The convective warmer draws ambient-temperature air through a HEPA air filter. The filtered air is warmed to a selected temperature.

The warmed air enters the convective warming blanket through the hose and is distributed through delivery channels. Perforations on the patient side of the blanket gently disperse warm air over the patient.

The safety circuit provides as independent means of shutoff which discontinues power to the heater. This prevents patient exposure to excessive temperatures. Over-temperature is monitored and alarms separately for each temperature setting.

User Interface

1. Standby Button

2. Temperature Settings

When selected, button will flash until desired temperature is reached

3. Over Temperature Indicator

Solid or blinking light detects temperature is too high

4. Maintenance Indicator

Solid or blinking light indicates an error has occured that requires maintenance

5. Occlusion Indicator

Solid or blinking light indicates an occlusion in the hose or blanket

Connections

6. Hose connection with temperature sensor port

Temperature sensor maintains temperature between the warmer and the hose. Hose “clicks” into place demonstrating a secure connection

7. Power connection

Self-locking power cord to provide secure connection ensuring uninterrupted use

8. Location for optional IV pole

Negative Pressure Wound Therapy

Advance Wound Dressing for Negative Pressure Wound Therapy

Therapy CurasysTM / CuraVACⓇ is an innovative Negative Pressure Wound Therapy (NPWT) system which fastens wound healing process by promoting granulation tissue formation.

Quick reference guide

Simply Unique NPWT

CuraVAC is a dressing kit used for NPWT application. It provides appropriate negative pressure and moisture
environment to promote fast wound healing. Appropriate pressure helps to eliminate exudates, promote cell
proliferation and increase blood circulation.

Curavac

Curavac promotes wound healing and remove fluids from the wound surface through reticulated, hydrophobic foam, which allows for distribution of the negative pressure in a closed drainage system.

Composition

  • Polyurethane foam dressing

Indication

  • Curavac is intended to be used in conjuction with suction device to deliver negative pressure to the wound. Indicated for chronic, acute, traumatic, subacute and dehisced wounds, partial-thickness burns, ulcers (such as diabetic or pressure, flaps and grafts).

Curavac Bridge

Curavac product promotes wound healing and remove fluids from the wound surface through reticulated, hydrophobic foam, which allows for distribution of the negative pressure in a closed drainage system.

Composition

  • Polyurethane foam dressing with NPWT (Negative Pressure Wound Therapy)

Indication

  • Curavac is intended to be used in conjuction with suction device to deliver negative pressure to the wound. Indicated for wounds with infectious material in chronic, acute, traumatic, subacute and dehisced wounds, partial-thickness burns, ulcers (such as diabetic or pressure, flaps and grafts).

Curavac Silver

Curavac promotes wound healing and remove fluids from the wound surface through reticulated, hydrophobic foam, which allows for distribution of the negative pressure in a closed drainage system with Silver ion which has antibacterial effect for infectious wounds.

Composition

  • Polyurethane foam dressing coated with Silver ion

Indication

  • Curavac is intended to be used in conjuction with suction device to deliver negative pressure to the wound. Indicated for chronic, acute, traumatic, subacute and dehisced wounds, partial-thickness burns, ulcers (such as diabetic or pressure, flaps and grafts).

‘What is Negative Pressure Wound Therapy?’

-Vacuum assisted negative pressure wound therapy

The Vacuum Assisted NPWT is a wound treatment therapy, which seals wound site and absorbs exudates through the suction pump in order to eliminate exudates and inflammatory mediators from wound sites and provides physical stimulation which helps fast wound healing through forming granulation tissue (microdeformation) and decreasing infected wound area (macrodeformation).
